Jacob, the instructor was excellent, kept kids engaged, and patient. Highly recommend him! Changing area for the kids inside a small tent can be a small challenge to navigate thus four stars instead of five. Other than that, the team was accommodating when needed.
Ms Kim and the instructors are very amazing! Ms Gisselle is patient with the kids. The center is very flexible to accommodate my changing schedules. My kids are always excited to attend classes and have improved greatly in their swimming skills
The teachers here are AMAZING!!! 10 stars. Every single one of them is absolutely phenomenal! However, the pool is extremely cold most of the times. We do kids and adult lessons both, and the cold water makes it very difficult to focus and is not conducive to learning. We have observed kids shivering. And teachers have mentioned feeling cold also.
Safe Splash has been a fantastic swimming experience for our little one. We have been going here for about a year and our little swimmer and grown so much and gained skills and confidence with swimming. The staff and management are awesome and helpful.
