They cancel classes whenever they want, they even cancel you while you are there in the place. Or 5 minutes before class, when one is already on the way back from the place Terrible service on your part with that issue. We have been going for about 4 months and I am sure that our classes have been canceled more than 8 times. I expected them to improve that but they keep doing it over and over again

I have taken a couple of grandchildren here over the years they have been in business. Lessons are only as good as instructor. I’ve done group and private lessons. I have had same problems as everyone else. Last minute cancellation of classes is huge. I drive 60 miles to and from and I don’t find out till I’ve arrived since I am driving when I get my text. Their floors and benches are wet and their changing rooms don't have door handles nor hooks to hang bags when changing your kids. We've had multiple occasions with last minute cancelations, changing instructors, and changing area's in the pool. It's annoying. No supervisors to talk to, only the front desk who can't really answer questions or handle anything which is understandable because they're young.
