I just paid over $400 to have Safeside Chimney clean my two woodstoves and chimneys outside. Although they ran the vacuum inside, THEY NEVER TOUCHED THE CHIMNEYS or STACKS OUTSIDE - the chimney caps were still filthy and they didn't clean the inside. In fact, they never even went up on the roof. BUT CHARGED ME ANYWAY! I had someone over to investigate a leak and he confirmed - they never did the work. The service technicians, Derick and his assistant, were extremely professional. They provided videos and pictures as part of the inspection and were very clean in the work that they did. In addition, they were customer focused and friendly. I would recommend Safeside chimney and would use again.
