Very unprofessional and uneducated receptionist. I was given poor information on the phone and refused service during a medical emergency. I do not recommend. Extremely empathetic and insensitive. So not go here for women's health issues.
I went to this clinic for a Pap smear and made it clear I only feel comfortable with a female practitioner for this very personal procedure. When I learned my appointment was with a male doctor, I politely said I wanted to cancel and book with a woman instead. Rather than respecting my comfort level, the doctor lectured me that you “can’t tell the gender of a provider by how they present and you can’t pre book a gender preference online” and that if I wanted a in his words “cisgender woman” I should basically go elsewhere.
