After a horrendous IUD experience elsewhere, I was met with kindness and professionalism here. Been here for STI testing as well as an IUD replacement and Dr. Bennett was awesome. Thank you

I just wanted to give this clinic a big thank you for making my IUD insertion appointment as comfortable as possible. My first time getting an IUD was traumatic and I went into this appointment so fearful and anxious. The first time (different clinic) they gave no warning before anything was done and I was told "if I told you what was happening it would have just made things worse". I had a wonderful, positive experience with Dr. Natalie during my IUD process. At my initial appointment, she was immediately warm, attentive, and thorough in making sure I was a safe candidate for the IUD. She also explained the pain-management options they offer which was incredible and truly essential for women and it made me feel genuinely understood and cared for.
