Michael and Al were very knowledgeable about mold and water issues and provided helpful recommendations for how to prevent issues in the future. They were also very friendly and punctual which scores extra points with me. Would recommend to anyone with mold concerns.
We noticed evidence of mold in our basement and contacted several inspection/remediation companies. Safer Home took their time to assess the situation and come up with a minimally invasive remediation plan. Other businesses jumped straight to a full demo job that would have been 2-3x as expensive and taken much longer. We chose this company based on their repetitive 5 star reviews and are so glad we did. Jack & Michael responded immediately to our call and did an inspection and stated the price for the remediation which was fair. They were prompt and performed the work specified in a timely manner and cleaned up the basement afterwards. They are always open to & will answer any questions that come up. You can’t go wrong with this company!
I highly recommend Safer Home services to handle all your mold issues. This company is not only effective and very skilled in remediating all issues involving mold, but their manager, Mike, was also, extremely courteous, personable, and flexible in meeting expectations and resolving issues in a very professional manner. With that said, if you have a mold issue, this company is the first company you should reach out to.
