Appreciate Michael and team coming out today after I called yesterday with concerns about my crawl space. We just bought a new house and Michael took his time to walk me through what I was seeing. It eased my mind to know that our home was safe after work they had done for the previous owner! If we have any issues in the future, they will be my first call. Thank you!
Michael and his coworker were great - professional and honest. They put my concerns at ease regarding potential mold (luckily we were okay) in my daughter’s playroom after a water leakage into our basement. They gave us great tips on how to dry out the small section of moisture under our carpet. No gimmicks here!
We had a fantastic experience with Safer homes! We had a mold problem in our basement and called them to get a better idea what we were up against. Michael came out the day after we called to inspect the home. It was very quickly determined that the problem wasn't as bad as it looked and was able to be treated that day! The cost was more than reasonable for the peace of mind and continued use of our basement, which is a primary entertaining space in our home. We would absolutely call them again if ever needed!
After having Michael come to our home to investigate a concern we had, I COMPLETELY understand why this company has consistent 5 stars across the board! Michael and his team were on point with timing, communication, and getting things done!
