I can't thank the folks at Safer Home Services enough! I was a few states away when a pipe under my sink decided my home would look better underwater. I called and within minutes, Michael was headed over there. He managed to get the water turned off and immediately started the process of drying my home. There is a reason this company has all 5 star reviews .I called this morning with mold concerns Michael was at my house same day .he was thorough and very pleasant. He was very knowledgeable and went over and above the mold inspection . He saw that my heater filter was dirty and changed it for me. He also cleaned the dirt I couldn’t reach behind my dryer. I wouldn’t call anyone else but safer home services if I had an issue
The team at Safer Home Services did a full inspection of our home and addressed all of our issues. Michael was always available to patiently answer any questions and help with the process. Their team did a great job at a great price, and truly went above and beyond. Our home looks great. It's nice to work with people who care a lot and do good work. It feels like our home is much safer now.
Mike was knowledgeable and thorough. What I thought was going to be a disaster, turned out to not be so bad. Grateful for the honesty from this local company. Would definitely recommend!
Came out within 30 minutes of my initial call. Removed the issue and educated on how to prevent a recurring issue . While at the house , Michael uncovered some issue with our sump pump system and we will now proactively address that as well. Really great service and fast response time.
