Called to have a mold inspection, had an appointment set up within 24 hrs. Michael was absolutely wonderful and professional. He took his time, was extremely thorough and answered all of questions with honesty. Would highly recommended using this company.
Micheal and his team at Safer Homes Services were professional and friendly. Our issue wasn’t an emergency but they are responsive and timely. Micheal evaluated the situation(even went as far to check the rest of the basement) and offered solutions. They never tried to upsell me. Michael was very knowledgeable and helpful. Even gave me things I should do myself rather than charge me to do it himself to do it which I appreciated. Would definitely recommend this company.
