Fantastic harm reduction services. This is a community, and a vulnerable one, but the staff here are amazing and make you feel like you are cared about and that you belong and are safe here. Support this community!!!
Filled with wanna be drug dealers and homeless people with severe mentally ill problems. Filled with thieving drug addicts that just want to rip you off, not only that the dope is highly contaminated stay clear of this place horrible people horrible place!!!!
