Paul answered all my questions at our appointment. He slowly explained how the hidden fence works, and most importantly how it was designed to be safe and humane to animals. Once scheduled. Ken arrived on time. He was very courteous and respectful and very knowledgeable. He did the physical installation in about four hours and began training our dog Joule.
