I had an appointment between 4-5 and no one was there. Also, I went online to confirm a unit and they were trying to sell insurance. I don't want insurance. A reasonable amount of safety is implied with secure storage.
Great company to deal with, very easy to start and end our rental with them, they are upfront with everything and straight forward
Alexis was a dream helper in arranging for a storage unit I needed for an interim while moving! She was more than helpful, provided detailed explanations of the rental agreement and was just so friendly while getting business accomplished!
Facility always clean. Able to connect with staff when needed. Would recommend.
