Bad customer service on front desk Never answer the phone
Watch channel 13's 6 part investigation I've debated on whether I should post a review or not but I decided I should. Staff turn over is over the top. I vacated my position 27 months ago and there are only 5 people there that are still there from when I was there. Ask yourself why employees leave? Is it the nature of non-profit work? I had a broken leg at the time and was escaping a violent household. I was denied help because I wasn't a "family" and the aggressor wasn't my intimate partner but rather my mother's husband. I've never forgotten this.
