I am a little disappointed with their service. The rep that came, Miles was great! He was friendly and efficient. However, we found out that our dryer vent pipe is on the roof, so they were suppose to come back and get on the roof to check it out. They also said that they had a camera that they can use to inspect inside the vent but when he came the first time, he said that the camera isn't working. Our dryer is still not working properly - clothes takes long to dry, and the wall behind the dryer is getting moisture damage. ... read more

Well that was easy! From making the appointment to getting updates on arrival time it was SUPER easy. Our technician was a really nice guy and very understanding of our needs. ROCKSTAR service! Will use them again and again.
John was great. He came in a Saturday and was able to get my vent done quickly and efficiently. He did not mind me asking question and gave me some good tips. We cut a few jokes and laugh and would definitely use again and recommend.
Great service, works closely and follows up quickly on any problems. Fair pricing.
