Horrible, no show and waited for two days! No contact and only robots answer the phones!!
Got an appointment quickly and easily, tech arrived within the appointment and called 30 mins ahead of ETA. Seth did a great job repairing a chip in my windshield. Thanks!!
Horrible horrible horrible experience. Scheduled my appointment everything was dandy until no one showed up. Seth was the technician that no call no showed. I didn’t go to work and took the day off just for this for him not to show. I called customer service just for Laura to tell me her whole life story and ran out the clock until 5pm and they pushed me to Kamisha who said they can’t do anything because it’s after work hours when it wasn’t my fault I called at 430.
