Had an appointment scheduled for over a week between 7:30 AM and 12 PM. I phoned at 12 having not heard from anyone and immediately was told excuses that the tech was overbooked. I was assured he would be here at some point and at 2 o’clock called back and was told by the manager and the technicians that the three repairs he had scheduled were more important than my new windshield installation. This place is deserted. Not even open. Need to update. Drove 5 miles out of the way just to pull up to an empty parking lot.
Worst customer service. Do not get any service from this location at all cost. Had windshield replacement 3 months ago with wipers included. They do not carry the wipers for my car model and promised to issue refund. Had been calling since repair and no attempt to resolve the issue. Repair guy also damaged interior of my car and the clips that hold the windshield on the car and put glue instead. He also promised to order and return for clips but no answer since then. Had to wait two weeks for my appointment, and 3 days before my appointment they call to tell me they had to order the glass for my back window. I would have to reschedule my appointment for another four days later. Why wouldn’t you order the window in the two weeks prior? Also $400 more expensive than a local business. Call around and get the best price. Cheaper and much faster.
