Horrible, no show and waited for two days! No contact and only robots answer the phones!!
Got an appointment quickly and easily, tech arrived within the appointment and called 30 mins ahead of ETA. Seth did a great job repairing a chip in my windshield. Thanks!!
Horrible horrible horrible experience. Scheduled my appointment everything was dandy until no one showed up. Seth was the technician that no call no showed. I didn’t go to work and took the day off just for this for him not to show. I called customer service just for Laura to tell me her whole life story and ran out the clock until 5pm and they pushed me to Kamisha who said they can’t do anything because it’s after work hours when it wasn’t my fault I called at 430. Let’s see where to start. Had an appointment yesterday 12 to 430 technician no call no showed call the complaint this morning. Set me up with another technician. Just got a text from him oh, I’m running late. I won’t be there till 530 or six even though they told me 12 to 430 today so they have disabled the truck for two days now for about five hours a day so it’s 10 hours waiting on a window wouldn’t waste your time going here or calling this company. Take it to an actual glass shop.
Had an appointment scheduled for over a week between 7:30 AM and 12 PM. I phoned at 12 having not heard from anyone and immediately was told excuses that the tech was overbooked. I was assured he would be here at some point and at 2 o’clock called back and was told by the manager and the technicians that the three repairs he had scheduled were more important than my new windshield installation.
