Tech had zero energy on phone and just sounded like he did not want to do the job. Basically told me to ignore the crack in my glass, talked to him over the phone was not there in person. Not happy at all with him Update from my last review, Eric the manager fixed the issues and took great care of me. He is a great guy and I am very happy with his service and would definitely recommend them, he knows how to treat his customers and now I am updating my review to 5 stars, thank you Eric I appreciate you
Technician called before he showed up, he was friendly and knowledgeable and completed the job within the time he quoted. Very satisfied with service.
Did his job and was actually early.
What started as a repair to quarter-size crack (rock from the highway), after I left Safelite, but by the time I got home, the crack had extended/grown an additional 4.5" in my windshield. I called and they told me that they cannot "repair a repaired" windshield. Now they got the money from my insurance, but didn't do the job and my windshield looks terrible.
