My technician was promt, communicative, and didn't bother me while I was at work except to start and end the process. Overall great experience and the windshield looks amazing.
So much easier to have Safelite come to me to replace my cracked windshield. They made it very easy - just had to provide my insurance claim and pay the deductible once service was complete - most of it with online options including payment. Just enough reminders of upcoming service with a photo of my tech. Tech Alan was just the right amount of professional and did a nice, quick job. I have had no issues with my new windshield, used in both rain and through a car wash.

Worst service ever experienced. Safelite cancelled original appointment AFTER we showed up for appointment. Could not be bothered to text us before we drove 25 miles. At the second appointment were told we could wait and replacement would be 2 to 3 hours. It took them SEVEN hours to replace the windshield while we waited !!!!!
