I had a wonderful experience thanks to Yesenia, she was my technician. She was informative about after care and I asked her if by chance she had a charger because my phone was dieing and was courteous to offer hers to use as I wait. Also, the window looks great and a good price deal on my front window for my Kia Soul.

Now I understand why it's 3 stars. I'm giving it 1 just to be in the board since there is no half star or no star. I have an appt today at 8-12pm was the window. It came and went without a call or txt. I called the Parrot San Jose office with no luck, all vm. The incompetence is real. A simple courtesy call goes a long way they can't even do that. I recently had my windshield replaced (recommend by my insurance, AAA). The process of scheduling was smooth; the staff gave me the early dates (I called on Sunday, and I could choose to have the appointment on Tuesday/Wednesday). They provided the mobile and on-site service options. The staffs also kindly explained everything to me like my vehicle will need to have the calibration after the windshield replacement. I would like to use some colorful language to describe my experience but as a PSA don't use this specific Safelite, keep in mind they seem to be independent and reviews vary dramatically, this one is comically bad. Save your money, time and and sanity and go somewhere else.
