Rude telephone front desk. It looked that she was having an hangover muttering and speaking very fast. Also she said they couldn't replace the windshield at my location in 95123 which is very close while calling 3 days prior it was fine to do it!? She hang up while I was asking for the address of Safelite. Really not professional attitude. Do not recommend!
This Safelite in San Jose staff and front desk customer service not friendly and they don’t make you feel welcome. First and last time ever going there again.
I had a windshield crack and my insurance (AAA) recommended this place. They scheduled a 7 am appointment, which was perfect for an early riser like me. The entire process took about two hours, and they did a great job.
