I had a terrible experience with Safelite. My rear vent glass replacement was rescheduled multiple times, with empty promises of call-backs that never came. When the technician finally arrived, he brought the wrong glass, said it would be rescheduled again, and left without even vacuuming out the broken glass or covering the window. The lack of care was unbelievable. Reaching anyone afterward was impossible — the automated system just hangs up once it recognizes you have an appointment. I never got my windshield replaced. I had opted for the mobile service, which resulted in 2 separate visits. For the first visit, the tech came in with the wrong rain sensor. Okay, no big deal, just a genuine mistake, he said he would be able to revisit next week. After emailing with their parts department, I was able to have a second visit that only lasted 5 minutes because the tech brought the ENTIRELY wrong glass for the wrong car. Professional and with a 2.5 hr wait, just simply walked over to Costco to try and kill 2.5 hrs, that was a challenge. Since were just used to going in and out. They delivered the car extremely well installed windshield and turned over the keys with a quick outline what not to do for 48 hrs. Great job worth a visit.

Absolutely horrendous work from labor to parts. Replaced windshield twice here and both times the windshield had sever defects. There were nasty finger prints on the call pillar covers inside the car from careless techs of the shop. I was promised a contact by manager but no one has reached out and now I have to follow other channels to remedy

Rude telephone front desk. It looked that she was having an hangover muttering and speaking very fast. Also she said they couldn't replace the windshield at my location in 95123 which is very close while calling 3 days prior it was fine to do it!? She hang up while I was asking for the address of Safelite. Really not professional attitude. Do not recommend!
