I am very happy with the service from Safelite. My appointment for repair was scheduled promptly and they were understanding when I needed to change that. The service tech was pleasant, professional and very knowledgeable. He replaced my windshield and recalibrated all,of the electronics connected to it. I highly recommend them of you have any issues with chips or cracks!
Had to go through multiple windshields, before they finally used a stock windshield, which took multiple weeks. "Can't use the one that was shipped....it was damaged" was what I heard with EACH WINDSHILED THEY HAD DELIVERED. Well, 3 years later, because of the windshield NOT being sealed properly, I had water leak into my truck and cause corrosion all over the BCM module and Harness, causing over $5000 in damage, stranding me in Florida until it was repaired by a local dealer. this company went to crap , you can't even call the local stores no more it goes to there main center and those people are so ignorant . Well just lost our bus.
