Absolutely horrible experience If you have safety features built into your windshield or front cameras that go off your windshield absolutely do not get your windshield replaced here. they replaced my windshield on my lincoln and all my safety features in my windshield and front cameras no longer work. They refused to pay for me to get them working again or let me know beforehand that this could happen otherwise I would have went to the dealership.
The field tech called off. They waited several hours to tell me.
Bob did an excellent job caring for our vehicle replacing the cracked windshield. He also replaced our wiper blades. He was quick, efficient and responsive to the questions I had. Highly recommend Safelite! This is our 4th windshield we have had replaced with them on numerous vehicles over the years. I appreciated them coming g to my specific location to complete the job.
Very unprofessional... they call at 2pm when my appointment was between 12 - 5 to tell me they will not make my appointment due to the tech having issues with another car. They will possibly need to reschedule my appointment and someone would call me as they may still make it. Now they call to reschedule at 430pm Not for tomorrow, no.. not saturday.. nope... monday morning no sir... we will give you the next appointment of between 12-5 on monday. I ask can you give a smaller window of 12-3 or 3-5? Either they can fix the car... read more
