My scheduled a 1:00 p.m. appointment dropped my vehicle off at 12:30 came back at 2:00 p.m. and they still had not started working on my vehicle. I would seek other alternatives for having your windshield replaced
The Safelite store in Farmington, New Mexico is awesome. I was visiting from out of state and got a chip in my windshield. I stopped in 45 minutes before they were closing and they got me right in and repaired the chip beautifully. The staff were all great to work with, very friendly and professional.
Safeties was very professional and very great to work with.
Windshield replacement was fine, however two day later when using sunroof it wouldn’t fully closed after being opened. Took it back and was told it’s not their fault as they don’t touch the roof at all. Odd that it was working before but not after….and according to Dr. Google windshield replacements can cause issues with sun roofs malfunctioning.
