This is an update to my recent experience with Safelite. The technician showed up to fix the rock chip in the windshield of the Motorhome thinking that he was fixing a rock chip in the windshield of the van that the Motorhome sits on so he did not have a ladder I had to provide the ladder. He almost fell off the ladder, but I saved him. He almost fell off the ladder when he was putting the suction cup on the hole when he was done most of the glue did not make it in the hole. Two times now, we've been in to replace a Honda Pilot windshield. They continue to try replacing it with after market windshields that don't conform to safety feature standards so the safety features fail and they need to get a new Honda windshield each time, which extends the loss of our vehicle, has had us drive to their location multiple times. They don't learn. They don't change their vendors. They apologize, but that's useless. I would give this zero stars if I could.
