Fast and friendly
If you’d like to make two trips to get your windshield replaced, this is the place to get it done at. I’m very disappointed with Safelite. This is the second time I’ve had my windshield replaced from them in the same car. They didn’t know what type of windshield I had when I made my appointment. I was very disappointed with that. Booked through my insurance and it was easy peasy. Went to the Championship View location in Colo Spgs and the drop off/pick up was great. Job was done within 1.5 hrs. However, 3 days later, there was a crack down the middle of my windshield. Made a warranty appt for the next day. Showed up for the appt to be told that it was a stress fracture and I would have to wait a week to have it replaced. Frustration set in because that would be my 3rd time at the location. The process is very simple. I scheduled an appointment online, and Safelite handled the insurance pre-approval. The estimate was about an hour and a half to two hours to service — and it was accurate! My car required camera calibration, however, the cost of calibration alone was 70% of the cost of the windshield.
