Did a perfect job very professional
Took my car for a windshield replacement which took about an hour. No big deal, but when I came back to pick up my car I noticed there was a scratch on my car passenger side close to the windshield paneling. When we brought it up to the technician, he said “oh on the passenger side? That was there already, it’s actually the only thing we noticed on the car.” Mind you I just purchased this car in July, it doesn’t even have 4K miles on it yet. Went there because I had had a great experience in Georgia. They fixed the windshield. I picked the car up. It was close to closing time. It started to rain on the way home and my wiper came off the arm. I called the customer service multiple times before I finally got a person. Several times it said there is no one to take my call and hung up. They asked if I could be back to the shop by 5 pm. I left and arrived at the shop at 4:45 and no one was there.
