My favorite thing to do is to schedule an appointment with a company only for them never to show up and never make contact. My second favorite thing to do is the same as the first but for a second day in a row. Unreal. You perform 2 main functions..communicate with customers and provide the services requested. You failed at both. I sat at home for 4 hours, 2 days in a row waiting for an appointment that was "unscheduled" without any notice.
Staff was friendly and efficient. Got me in quickly, got the work done, and had me out quickly.
