After watching many YouTube videos I believe they installed the windshield molding incorrectly

Knowledgeable, quick but efficient and willing to work with my last minute change of location. Also appreciate the friendliness, customer service generally sucks and this was a nice change. Also love the lifetime warranty on installation.
I had a crack in winshield they came out aaid rhey could not repair offered no other seevices andi asked about refund f I r what i paid for and was told he didnt know i would have to call and ask. Very disappointed in seevice or lack of
"Joshua" replaced my windshield in 2024 and broke 2 corners off of it and just left it like that. I ended up having to pay $400 because it leaked into the wiring and messed a bunch of stuff up. Horrible service. I just scheduled the replacement again and they came here today and didn't even replace it (even though the keys were on the seat). They just left. Ridiculous, they're so lazy.
