Left my car a mess which was the least of my concerns. Windshield not sealed properly on completion. All clips and trim were broken and no longer sit correctly on my vehicle, making noises and flapping around while driving. Reached out afterwards to have the issue fixed and have yet to hear any response - it has now been a month.
Thank you Berry I drove into Safelite auto glass "Thinking" I had a chip in my front windshield. A car kicked up a rock yesterday. Berry came right over and told me what I thought was a rock chip was actually the rain sensor. What a relief. I was ready to go through the whole paperwork insurance process but Berry caught my mistake. Thank you Berry and Safelite auto glass in Muskegon Michigan.
After watching many YouTube videos I believe they installed the windshield molding incorrectly
Great shop. Great crew.
