I went to the Safelite in Wappingers Falls, which is run by Nate, to have my windshield changed. It was a wonderful experience. Nate was kind, informative and efficient. It took him approximately an hour to change the windshield. I highly recommend this location. Thanks Nate! 😊
I got my cracked windshield replaced. Visit was so pleasant. All the workers are so respectful, kind, and professional. They even gave me new ez-pass stickers and a new sticker for my dashcam. The visit took about 1.5 hrs. They also tucked my dashcam wires in better. 5 star experience but I would give more stars if I could.
I noticed my windshield was strucked by something and caused cracks. I notified Geico and they recommended Safelite at Wappingers Fall location. They were AMAZING. From stellar customer service and efficiency to the quality of the replacement I must share how pleased I am all around. Thank You Nate, Ryan B & Ryan for making this process easy and restoring my faith that GOOD customer service still exists.
