When they replaced the glass, they broke my door handle. I’ve called many times to report it, with no return call. They also replaced my glass with scratched glass. Had to have them out again to replace the scratched glass, they took pictures of the broken door handle, and said the manager will contact me. It’s been a month. Multiple calls and no call backs!!! Horrible customer experience and service.
They were very efficient and professional. The tech was right on time and did a very good job.
This company is scam along with Allstate insurance, my windshield is broke, and when i respond to my email, no one replies. I call Allstate and they referred me to this company. We are going in circles.
