I took in my parents car to fix a pea sized chip in their windshield with their warranty through the dealership. I have had chips repaired before and after the repair, you could hardly see the crack. This repair looks worse than the crack that was there. There comment was that the repair is structural and not cosmetic. It honestly looks like the person did not know what they were doing. I have had better results using a DYI kit at home.
