Had a good experience initially, was able to schedule an appointment in just a day or too online even got an email offering a small discount when I didn’t checkout right away. However my first appointment got canceled because the windshield arrived damaged. They were able to get me an appointment the next day and the installer dropped the windshield during installation. Service was quick, and the results of the rock chip repair far exceeded my expectations.
Gordon and his colleague went out of their way to help us while we were on a cross country trip. It was close to closing time on a Saturday, but they happily helped us with a quick fix to a problem —even though we showed up unannounced.
They rocked it
Manager Gordon and the technician did an amazing job at coordinating time to get our vehicle in and the windshield replaced. They made sure our calibration was complete and to specifications which can be fairly tricky on Subaru vehicles. Greatly appreciated the professionalism and communication during the process of replacing our broken windshield.
