Excellent service and great customer experience! I highly recommend this place to anyone needing a windshield replacement or installation. The main technician was extremely helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time to help me out and made sure everything was taken care of properly. It’s hard to find honest people who genuinely care about their customers. Great workmanship, great service, and an overall excellent experience. I will definitely be coming back and recommending them to family and friends!

No phone call telling me car was ready. Horrific AI system when trying to call and when you do get a person they act like you're calling the CIA. No, I don't need to answer 4 questions for you to tell me if my car is ready or not!

I had an excellent experience with Safelite Inwood. Check in was fast and easy. I arrived by 8am. They replaced the driver's side window by noon. The installation specialist (Josue) was courteous and detailed. I was quite honestly, a bit fearful after reading their previous reviews, and I voiced my concern at the front desk during drop off, however, I was immediately reassured and they took fantastic care of me and got my truck glass repaired and fully functioning again. I would highly recommend the Inwood location.
