Made an appointment for 2:30, they didn't start working on it until 4:30. During the the 2 hours that I waited for them to even start working on my car, they only had 3 cars totally. My question is, what were they working on for those 2 full hours??? When I tried talking to the person at the front desk, all she had to say was "I'm not sure", for any and every question I had. Had my windshield replaced just over a month ago. Got a tire chip in it, half the size of a dime, if that. They came out "fixed " it sent a text saying it spread about an inch or so...... more like over over a foot. All they wanted was to make the windshield worse so I would replace the whole windshield again. Maybe the windshield they installed was faulty.... or more like just make it worse so he will give us more money. I wouldn't trust them if you are looking for a fix or windshield replacement. Please do not bring your vehicle to this establishment. I had a chip in my windshield and they cracked my windshield in an area where there were no chips and had the audacity to tell me that I was responsible for a replacement. They deserve zero stars, but unfortunately that's not an option.
