They stand behind their work. I had an issue with my rain sensor and they fixed it under their warranty.
Absolute incompetence from the start. Two separate times they came out to replace the window and both times they brought the wrong part. They assured me it would be fixed again that same day and never came back out or called. I finally got in touch with Michael the manager and he was worse than the others. Avoid this branch at all costs.
Absolutely incredible work 5/8/26! I experienced a chip in my windshield (1/2 dime size) while driving on the highway 5/6/26 and made an in shop appointment. Upon arriving a few min ahead of my appointment time, I was able to get checked in early. A technician took a look at the chip and explained the process for fixing the chip, being sure to mention the chip could spread while being repaired due to the amount of pressure applied during the appointment. Dawson was helpful in explaining the whole process, I got a good deal and paid when I dropped the car off in the morning, then I picked it up right before they closed. Super easy and nice to work with.
