i will update my review after my appointment. this review is about what happened before my appointment. the main safelite switch board messed up the app time and everything. the tech who was on his way out and the Manager at the Inwood store handled it as best as they could. the manager set up an appointment when i would be home and everything. the biggest reason for the 5* is the attitude of both people. The receptionist was rude upon my arrival and attempted to add $86 to my deductible without explanation. When I questioned it, she dismissively asked if I was “just going to pay it or not.” After contacting my insurance, I confirmed my deductible was already set at $1,000. She later claimed she had removed the charge and told me so, which was untrue. This seemed to be an unsuccessful scam. On the other hand, the technicians were professional, efficient, and did their job well.

Had the back window of my 2019 Dodge ram 2500 broken out. Called Safelite and got a quote. Had it in the next day and repaired within a couple of hours. The staff was extremely friendly prompt and did a great job.

I had my windshield replaced on a Lexus GX550 by Safelite three days ago. This Saturday morning, I left town for a Labor Day road trip –while on the road, it started raining. Water started pouring into my vehicle through the impropertly installed and sealed window and ran into the cracks in the dashboard inside my car.
