I’ve used Safelite numerous times, even when not going through insurance. Easy to schedule, great communication, prompt knowledgeable technicians & reasonably priced. Only thing I’d recommend changing is putting the actual $$$ amount of the hefty recycling fee up front, instead of at the end when you’ve already gone through all the steps & booked. I’ll definitely use them again for auto glass repair.
The appointment for my windshield replacement was easy to make online, with convenient times/dates available. They personally called to confirm the appointment prior and Michael the tech called to let me know he was on the way with the ETA. The work was performed at my home, which is a great option. Michael performed the work in under 2 hours as promised. The new windshield looks wonderful.
Safelite technician Zach was SUPERB! His customer service was second to none and the speed of installation was incredible! He even vacuumed up all the broken glass in my car. Thank you Zach!! You made it a great experience.
