Very professional and convenient service to clients with mobile services.
They came on time and were very professional and got to the matter right away.
I live somewhat remote and they were great with both coming out and appointment times.
Everyone here was amazing! I got my appointment scheduled in a quick phone call, received a promo code online that was super easy to apply once I had my appointment set and Michael came out to fix my window. He came right to me at no additional cost, he was there right on time (he called earlier that day to give me a time frame) and fixed it super quick. My window looks great and he even vacuumed up leftover glass from the original glass shatter. 10/10 recommend!
No one loves getting a rock chip in their windshield, but Safelite made the replacement process painless. Scheduling through my insurance was easy, and they came to me, which was so convenient. Ryan was my technician and he was friendly, knowledgeable, and did a great job getting the new windshield installed quickly. Overall, a really great experience - thanks Ryan!
