Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. Our mobile appointment was changed the day before because Safelite broke the window they were supposed to install. At the shop, the clerk couldn’t figure out the payment plan we had already set up in the app, even though it was clearly on the invoice. Did not fix chips in windshield and when I brought it back they just said sometimes it doesn’t work??? Seriously? Poor customer service this time around would it recommend
Safelite technician Isiah was early and professional, removed the cracked windshield and installed the new one, everything was calibrated. No issues and no leaks.
Micheal was a very nice and knowledgeable guy. Very fast, He was honest with me on something that saved me money. Thanks dude.
