The safelite technician was very efficient, friendly and effective. The appointment was completed in short order. I couldn't be happier.
They actually treat you the way they are portrayed in their tv ads. They explained every step of the process and made sure I understood the possible outcomes of trying to fix a quarter-sized chip in my windshield. When they were finished, I couldn’t even see where the chip was until the tech pointed out the small mark from the resin. And they also took care of the insurance filing for me. A new lifelong customer, here.
I was impressed with the professional way everything was handled ,the young lady who checked me in and did my repair was awesome
