Do not ever use the Brunswick safelite location. Absolutely horrible job. They took six hours to replace my windshield and still did not fix it. Absolutely horrible. NEVER use safelite
The website was very easy to navigate. Our tech was very kind. He was on time and had great communication. He was quick with the job. We had a full windshield replacement. Very thankful for how quick we got out appt. Would highly recommend. It was an easy, smooth, and fantastic process.
I had a scheduled appointment on 9/7 at 10am. I was told it would take about two hours and I told them I would wait. After 2.5 hours in a bay it still had not been touched. I asked for my keys and left. Update: Rescheduled on the same day for a home install today between 1-6. First tech said they needed a second tech, but couldn’t find one. They had to cancel appt and told me that the work really should be done in the shop.
Great experience!
The crew were fast and friendly I got there atle15 minutes late and they still got me in and out in minutes
