Maybe I got lucky but the process was so easy. Gave my insurance to them online, booked an appointment and they did the replacement same day. Calibration and all. The techs were great to work with and the lady up front was a pleasure to talk to.
Badly gouged the paint around windshield. Denied they did it. No recourse. Unbelievable! AVOID.
They replaced our windshield in July and damaged the interior of the vehicle. Tech came out and took pics of damage and said it would be repaired in a few weeks. Never heard back from them and we can’t get ahold of anyone through any phone number. Horrible company.
Advertise they are a complete service and so does Progessive, but then they tell you that they can’t calibrate the safety features because of the water tank. The tank was empty so it’s going to sit the same at their shop as at Mercedes. Not happy now because I’ve got to go to WPB for service at the Mercedes dealer. Then file with insurance company to get my money back. If Safelite can’t do it, don’t pretend or advertise you can. Not happy and this is the second time Safelite has pulled this crap.
