This was the second time using SAFELITE for my windshield replacement. This was my first time having a Tech come out to my house and he was very professional, friendly and polite. He explained everything he needed to do and afterwards he explained everything I needed to do so that the windshield stayed in place. Overall, it was a great experience.

Didn’t receive a 5 star because they don’t answer the phone, very annoying that you can’t reach them. The work was fast and efficient.
