I just went there to fix the windshield of my car. I made the appointment two weeks ago, and yesterday they called to confirm it. Apparently, the person who called did not mark the appointment as confirmed, and when I arrived they told me they did not have the glass and that there was nothing they could do. There were three people at the front desk—two women and one man—and all three of them had a terrible attitude. I had a duck flying into my windshield back in April. I made an appointment with Safelite and a few days later they came to my house and changed my windshield. After that some of the features and functions on my vehicle, we’re not functioning properly so I contacted them about it and went to the actual shop and had them take a look and do what they needed to do. They can do better with inventory. Took over a month and repeated returns for a windshield repair due to broken windshield continuously coming from their warehouse.
