Gerard (Gears) from Safelite worked on my windshield today. Not only was he professional and quick with the service, but he was a pleasure to work with! My windshield looks great and he let me work while he worked on my car. He even cleaned up my garbage in the front seat!!!! Absolute 10/10, hopefully I don’t need Safelite again but it was a great experience. Thank you Gears!!! :)
Canceled two appointments in a row as we continue to drive around with a cracked broken windshield. The customer service is awful. They do not help in anyway and continue to just push you off and reschedule you and reschedule you and cancel every appointment. Worst company to have to deal with. We have confirmation and referral number for appointment yet when we ask, where is our technician they say unfortunately you are not scheduled. Completely wasted our time.

It was super easy to make an appointment online. I entered our home address and it was able to pull up my car info and also submitted my insurance claim automatically. Staff was friendly and a good job was done. Job completed in a couple hours. Thanks for making a great experience out of an unfortunate event. (Rock hit window)
