I’ve heard so many great things about Safelite, and unfortunately needed to repair a windshield. I had simple insurance questions that didn’t fit into the 4 categories provided by the virtual phone assistant. The virtual assistant said “I’m learning how to answer that” then hung up on me. I used different phrasing next time, same result, but I wasted 5 minutes trying to navigate the system. It shouldn’t be this hard to repair a windshield. Happy to spend my money elsewhere.

I booked a windshield replacement appointment online and arrived about 15 minutes early. My car is a 2009 model, and I was hoping to finally get the leak at the top of my windshield fixed. When my appointment time came, a gentleman explained the process. I asked if they could apply extra glue around the windshield since it had a slight leak.
