Imagine waiting 5 days filling out their paperwork calling to make sure they have the right glass. Waiting the 5 hour. Wait time and then an extra hour and a 1 until they got there. At 630, almost and the glass is wrong. How does that happen and lovely Trixy? Beatrice, I don't know who she is, because everybody. I got several different names and the telephone number. They hung up on me so very unprofessional. Go someplace else.
The customer service line HAS NO IDEA what goes on inside the store. They have one location in all of palm beach county. If we had covered parking WE WOULDNT NEED SAFELITE ! the office staff here was amazing but everything else about this experience was horrendous and I WILL NEVER USE SAFELITE again And upon reading reviews I think this place needs to be reported and insurances need to stop using this service, if not shut down completely for total and complete incompetency with business practices!
I have had a broken windshield for two weeks now and I’m unable to drive my vehicle. I contacted my insurance company right away and was sent to work with Safelite. First the wrong windshield has been ordered so they pushed me back a week even though they asked for my vin, year, make, and model. Now they just rescheduled me again because they couldnt get to me in time even though I had a scheduled appointment for 12-5. The technician wasn’t available until 9:00PM.
