Had to get my windshield replaced, my insurance company recommended this shop. I was so impressed with all the service technicians! They were courteous, informative, to all of the customers in the shop, and did a great job replacing my windshield!

I had a duck flying into my windshield back in April. I made an appointment with Safelite and a few days later they came to my house and changed my windshield. After that some of the features and functions on my vehicle, we’re not functioning properly so I contacted them about it and went to the actual shop and had them take a look and do what they needed to do. Had cracked windshield replaced. Scratches and 4 spots on windshield, defects in glass and installation.safety issue when driving. Lifetime warranty is not real. Customer service doesn’t actually provide support. Manager and district manager Rochelle and Rubin unhelpful.
Parking lot is always packed and if you dont have the proper insurance, you won’t be able to pay because replacement is too expensive. You can do payments but they charge $300-$500 weekly.
