Quick and great service!
It was super easy to make an appointment online. I entered our home address and it was able to pull up my car info and also submitted my insurance claim automatically. Staff was friendly and a good job was done. Job completed in a couple hours. Thanks for making a great experience out of an unfortunate event. (Rock hit window)
Overall, great experience. Front desk staff was very friendly. Also, Antonio provided great customer service and quality work on the windshield of my daughter's car.
No surprise that they have such a poor rating. I had an appt for between 8a-12p.... was called by the tech Trixie at about 745a to let me know the arrival window of 1130a-12p.... at around 1215p I call her back as she did not show up for the appt window, no answer the first attempt. I followed with a text message, then I called about approximately 10min later, for her to answer and tell me she's running late and it would be an additional 1 to 2 hrs wait... and hangs up... the most unprofessional service. I would NEVER do bus... read more
