Technician was friendly. He came to my Job to repair windshield. Was completed in less than 2 hours
Super quick and easy. Ezra arrived on time and was professional.
Glass installed was incorrect or deformed. Part needs to be replaced for Windows to come up and down properly. According to this shop could be 2 days or 2 weeks before this happens. In the meantime all the information I am receiving is showing that this service is complete which it is not. Following up on this issue with Safelite and my insurance company.
