I always make my appointment with Safelite online. When I arrive, my wait is minimal, if any. The front desk staff is pleasant and knowledgeable. The technician does an excellent repair. I have been in for 3 rock chip repairs in a year. Insurance covered the cost.
On time, he listened to all my concerns, did a timely repair and cleaned up everything.
