I would have left zero stars if that was an option. first, the tech called me four hours before my scheduled time and because I was asleep and didn't answer he decided that he wasn't coming and when I spoke with him he seemed not to care....then I spoke with someone in the local office and she had an "oh well" attitude.. then I went online and found a corporate number (which is not provided on the website)...the first lady I spoke with put me on hold while I was mid sentence without even telling me....after several minutes a... read more
