Jared was great! He was very knowledgeable, and did excellent work in a timely manner. Would 10/10 recommend.

TERRIBLE experience! Tried to call to talk to a real person and it's all AI. I received a critical battery alert regarding my car that has been there all day, saying it might not start unless driven immediately or jumped. But......I can't get ahold of anyone at the location that is fixing my windshield to let them know this. Yep, I get it, AI is super cool, but some of us need to talk to a real live person! Next time I will take it to the dealership.
