East to schedule and started work on time. It took longer than estimated online, but they let me know before work started.

I was impressed from first speaking to the counter person. She was very friendly and very helpful. The technician came and spoke with me before taking my truck, to repair a chip in my windshield. They explained what they were going to do. It was nice to see customer service in play. I highly recommend this company.
