I made a claim with my insurance for a windshield replacement after I got a huge rock chip in it. My insurance didn't really give me a choice but to work with Safelite, which I was ok with. Unfortunately I don't live in an area where they do mobile repair, so I had to come out to the physical shop and also didn't have a ride, so I was going to have to stay there during the repair.
