Never did get my receipt. Emailed to me like I was told I would.
The repair of the glass was good and I didn't have to pay anything due to my insurance. However, they broke my passenger side visor and now I have to replace it.
Courteous and professional service.
The location looks nothing what shown is TV commercials. Calendar invite from email confirmation gives incomplete address. Didn't order molding first time for my vehicle so I had to go back(reschedule). Friendly staff, good service. Only complaint, left some mess in my car look like dust from when glass was removed. Definitely next time will use mobile service instead.
I wouldn’t recommend Safelite to anyone. I had an appt 8/28 to get a door window replaced. They broke the regulator instead, which is fine. Mistakes happen. But they have been totally non responsive with no sense of urgency to fix their mistake. Tomorrow is 9/4. I’m driving across country from AZ to WI for a move on 9/11 and all they’ve said is “the part is ordered with no ETA”. I mentioned my cross country move and they suggested they ship the part to WI and I drive 1500 miles with no window. Safety hazard much less ridicul... read more
