If I could I give the Parsippany location 10 stars! I drove in from out of state for a funeral service and picked up a chip in my Brand New 2024 GMC Denali Ultimate 3500HD, windshield. Though Safelite was fully booked, they were able to immediately fit me in. Staff was so polite & courteous I can't say enough good things about the Parsippany location! I'm had multiple windshields repaired by Safelite over the years and have always had a great experience! I highly recommend Safelite Auto Glass

The guy Mark/Marc who works at this location (Montville) gave me probably one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had in my life. I needed a windshield for my vehicle (Porsche 911) and the wrong one was brought out the previous week. I called HQ and had the correct one ordered, but received a call from this guy well into my new appt window stating that only OEM glass could be used on my car and non OEM glass didn't exist. Negative experience only with tech who came late to my home to perform repair (which didn’t end up happening due to lack of communication prior to the appointment). BUT the employees at the Montville location were very friendly and they replaced my windshield so fast. They answered all of my questions and even gave me suggestions on nearby places to kill time.
Very easy check in process. My mother and I came back a few hours later and her car was all done. Kevin the technician was very helpful and explained everything to us. He answer all our questions with ease. I would highly recommend this location!
