Front windshield crack from end to end. The insurance company preferred to use Safelite. Scheduled an appointment with this location, and honestly almost canceled due to the negative reviews. For personal reasons, I kept the appointment, and have nothing negative to report. They called me earlier than my scheduled appointment and said that they had availability to work on the windshield ahead of time. The job was completed within the quoted time window. This is the only way to get your windshield done. They are exceptional at: - communication. Maybe even a little too much, but I’d rather more than too little. - Quality of work. I’ve never had a single issue in like 20 years of using them. - Follow-up - Pricing - don’t do this at your dealer. Call them directly! Otherwise you’re just paying dealership overhead.
