They handed me a card as I left saying they washed all windows inside and out and vacuumed. I was so excited about that. When I got to my I noticed they had done none of that and so I went back in and told they guy. He said sorry. Hmm, do you want them to do it now? No, I couldn't wait so I left. Same guy calls me 10 minutes later and tells me he needs a valid credit card as mine didn't go through. Hmm that's odd since I gave you a check. Was easy to make online appointment for first thing the next day. Had chip in my windshield repaired in 30 minutes.
They were ready to start working on my car at my scheduled appointment time and were finished in under half the estimated time. It took them a little over an hour to replace my windshield and calibrate safety features.
Jacob was great to talk to and very professional. He even accommodated me with an earlier time. The whole process was very smooth and quick.
Excellent service. Very professional and technically competent. Would use them again if the need arose. Dominic the installer was a pleasure to work with.
