Forced to wait 4 hours with absolutely zero updates. Their waiting area is way too small, so I had to wait at Starbucks instead. They didn’t even apologize for the massive delay until I called them out on it, and the apology was completely fake. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere that actually values its customers. Won't back.

Got someone to replace back windows today This is Douglas woollen and am canceling appt for my 2012 tacoma toyota pickup
This was my first time ever needing to replace a windshield, from the authorization to setting my appointment to have everything finished was a breeze of a process! I was told it would be about 3 hours of wait time, it took not even 2, the manager and mechanics were professional and efficient, very happy with their service!
