The manager Tristian and service rep Ryan are very unprofessional! I was rescheduled 3 times and the day before my appointment they canceled again stating my glass is not available nation wide. Tristian the manager does not help and is very sarcastic when speaking to customers. I used this company last year but wont be providing them any additional business!
Amazingly great experience! My technician, James and the customer service tech who scheduled the appointment were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. James arrived right on time kept me informed along the way and I would highly recommend Safelite for Auto glass replacement!
I had a great experience at this shop. They worked quickly and communicated clearly. They helped me so much by re-installing the rear-view mirror, which I was sure I would have to pay separately for at the dealership to repair. I appreciated how helpful they were.
