Funny story I was driving through Yakima Washington thinking about how well my car has been running during the last 2 years and all the sudden they Rock comes out of nowhere and hits my window and cracks it halfway across. I got on the website filled out the information gave him my credit card number and set the time when they were going to come to my work and I showed up at the specific time and fix my window in less than 2 hours. The ease of booking online was excellent. I was able to have a mobile service come the next day. The customer service was fantastic. The only reason I gave four instead of five start is that it definitely costs more for this level of service.

Richard was Awesome!!! Great communication and service. Friendly and profezsional. Much faster than estimed. Ensured I did not wash my car for atleast 2 days, so the glass adhesive could fully cure. Replaced all the stuff i had attatched to the windshield exactly where I had them!
