We hired Safelit to fix our damaged mini-cooper passenger window. They ordered the wrong part, damaged the internal mechanism, never fixed it, all over three months. They made it WAY worse and had no idea how to fix it. In the end, we couldn't roll it up completely and desperate, we took it to the dealer to get it finished at a BIG extra expense. The dealer was appalled at the job Safelite did. When we complained to Safelite and asked for warranty help and our money back, we were totally ghosted. Avoid Safelite at all costs.... read more
