The service man never knocked on our door to let us know that he was done. He just left. When I inspected the car's windshield, there was a trim piece missing from the bottom corner of the windshield. I contacted Safelite and they said the piece must have been missing before the service man started work. I am trying to work with them to get them to replace the piece. Very good experience all around at the Blaine, mn center. Friendly technician and timely service
Was slightly late to appointment due to ensuring vehicle had full tank of gas and daycare drop off took a few minutes. I was only 10 minutes late. I had rang the front desk bell and waited for roughly 5 minutes. To which when the man came up front he proceeds to tell me rather rudely that he only gives 15 minute grace periods and I was at 15 minutes and needed to reschedule. This is unacceptable.
