Drew called before coming to discuss weather conditions and the probability of windsheild replacement. He checked the forecast and decided our scheduled day and time would work. When he arrived, he introduced himself and explained the process. Upon completion, he re-explained the work completed and gave instructions for post-install. The explanations were clear and concise.
