Phenomenal service. They had my rock chip repair done within 30 minutes. They explained the process clearly and even cleaned my windows for me!
Went to get a quote and an employee in a company car was road raging at me at the light for not turning when there are people in the cross walk and continued to honk all the way in front of the building. Turned around and went somewhere else.
I contacted Safelite through the website to have a technician come to my house. They contacted me and let me know when they were coming. They showed up at the time they designated and fixed it within 40 minutes.
Easy to schedule and get my windshield fixed without having to take a huge part of my day off. Pablo was awesome with updates before he got there, and during/after the service.
