Had my windshield replaced a few months ago. 3 problems: 1) They broke my passenger visor. 2) broke the plastic casing that goes around my rearview mirror. 3) I got the Rain-X coating- I dunno what it is, but there are 2 small squares, one on either side of the windshield where there are missed spots. I'm guessing it's how they held onto the windshield to install it and didn't coat those 2 spots. Took a little while until I noticed the 2 things were broken, so I doubt they'll do anything to fix it.
