Great experience! I am from Colorado and got a bad rock chip in the center of my windshield in the black area above the hood and beneath the windshield wiper blades. It was a difficult spot to get to and very big. I didn’t want to risk driving back to Colorado with the chip. I was able to book an appointment through a link on my insurance company’s website and they had openings the same day. When I got there they immediately got my car in and fixed the rock chip so fast. Had to pull off the highway when my engine light came on and luckily made it to this location. They let me site in there air conditioned waiting room while the tow truck made its way.
I would have loved to give a 5 star but even as convenient it was to have you come to my home to replace my windshield, it was very inconvenient to have overbooked your installer and then have my appointment be bumped to the later time window. A scheduled appointment at 8am-12pm block of time soon turned to 3pm. Life's busy, just be a little more respectful of your customers time.
