Prompt and courteous service
My service technician Tucker arrived early. He brought with him a nice, courteous and positive attitude. My windshield was difficult to replace but he still got it done in a reasonable amount of time, while maintaining his can do friendly personality till the end. I will absolutely share my experience with others. Let me be the first to recommend a pay increase for Tucker. He rocks.
I recently had a previously repaired chip (not Safelite) go ballistic and cracked across half of my windshield. Scheduled an appointment online with Safelite out of Sedalia. They came to my home in Warsaw and replaced the windshield. Tucker the technician called to let me know when he'd be there, showed up on time and was very friendly and professional. Very nice job!! Excellent customer service and my car windshield was replaced quickly and accurately!
Service was great they were very Communicative. Very friendly the service was fast. The guy that came and worked on my vehicle was extremely polite very informative no issues at all. The price was great and the cheapest that I had found would definitely recommend and would definitely go through them again. Had to make changes to the installation time, they called way before it was time For installation to reschedule, which was a big help to me. I have no complaints.
