I had a Volvo with a cracked windshield and scheduled Safelite to replace. At my first appointment, they were not able to replace the windshield because my vehicle was showing error codes related to my front camera system. I took it to Volvo, got it cleared and reschedule with Safelite. However, the same issue happened. I worked with Aaron to express my frustration and relayed that I really needed the window fixed for my safety inspection and that Volvo had previously cleared those codes.
