Each employee I dealt with was helpful and professional. They communicated promptly when an issue came up and they resolved it quickly. Work was well done and timely.
Had a scheduled appointment at my house July 1st from 12-5. He was a no-show. So. The guy I talked to at Safelite this morning (July 2nd) at 8:02 set up an appointment for tomorrow (July 3rd) 12-5. Looked up the appointment at 11:00 and didn't see it. Called Safelite and was put on hold for 30 minutes. Hung up, called back. The guy (Ryan?) told me that the appointment wasn't made. Had an appt scheduled and they were a no show. Very disappointed
Dropped the car off at 9:30am, got a call at 3pm that they didn’t have our glass and would need to reschedule a week later. Car never moved or got touched, not sure why it took 6 hours for that assessment. Would avoid and go to a local shop.
