A semi kicked a rock in to my windshield. It caused a chip and I booked Safelite online for same day at home service for a windshile repair. They provided me with a window of 12 to 5 PM. Around 4:30 I called, wondering where my technician was. They bouclnced me around and AI phone tree from a while before I was able to talk to a human. I gave her the work order number from my emailed receipt that they had already charged to my credit card. She looked in to it and I was told that "my service had been cancelled by the system".... read more
