1) I chose Safelite because they offered mobile service at my home without the need for a heated garage. Then just before 5 pm the day before service I was told that I had to get my vehicle to their shop because the wind chill might be below -10°F: information that should have been provided upfront. They were running behind, but when I called were able to redirect a different tech to come and fix my window. Dominic was absolutely fantastic. He understood I had appointments based on my original time and worked efficiently to ensure that my window was replaced quickly and correctly. It looks fabulous!

My technician Dominic did an amazing job communicating, from the morning of to reiterate the time window, to an hour before that window began when the weather took a snowy turn. He took a look at modifying schedules on his end, clearly communicating about location to get me in at the shop where my windshield could be repaired with shelter my off-alley parking spot doesn’t have.
