Got there around 9:30AM. The store looked like it was closed. Blinds down, nobody visible inside, no customers in the parking lot. Walked in and there was nobody. Rang the bell and a frienfly guy came out and looked at the one single rock chip I had and told me I have to make an appointment for the end of the day or another day. That's not even a bit flexible and very unusual for Safelite. I went to a different store and I got the rockchip filled withing 10 min with a smile.
I highly recommend Safelite but also asking for the employee James. He is professional, kind, compassionate, and thorough. Great service.
Windshield replacement and camera recalibration were both completed in about an hour. They were able to get the OEM windshield I wanted in less than two days. The car was vacuumed and even smelled clean when I picked it up. The price was less than quoted. I just can't imagine this service going any better.
Fast and easy to work with. Great service as well.
