excellent communitcation the day before and the day of the replacement -- let us know what to expect in great detail. Friendly front end staff and technicians. A faster "turnaround" than they suggested in the "what to expect" emails. They even managed to "relocate" the parking stickers from the old windshield. Only small gripe is the parking for the location is pretty tight.

What a fast and fantastic business! We drove up from the Kenai Peninsula to get our windshield replaced. We have 2 big dogs that travel with us, and they were allowed to wait inside the lobby with us. We GREATLY appreciate that! We had planned on being stuck outside in the chilly air walking our dogs while waited. Instead, it was warm and comfortable. Also.....for a 'shop' bathroom.....it was nice and clean! (Cleaner than all 3 Safeway stores on the Peninsula, and many of the restaurants!) Hopefully, we never need another ne... read more
