I contacted my insurance company regarding a cracked windshield on my 2025 Honda CR-V. They transferred my call to a Safelite representative to make repair arrangements. Safelite was out to my home a few days later for service. Great communication and prompt professional service.
Professional team across the board. My insurance recommends Safelite, however they refused my request for OEM. I'm highly unsatisfied with my insurance forcing me to take an aftermarket window. I'm considering a switch in insurance. Safelite isn't a problem, Progressive Insurance has failed in customer support repeatedly.
